Director: Meghna Gulzar
Cast: Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Soni Razdan, Rajit Kapur, Jaideep Ahlawat and others

Patriotism is one of the most exploited genres of our Hindi film industry but Raazi is undoubtedly by far the best one in this space. Based on the book ‘Calling Sehmat’, Raazi is an extremely entertaining film in the recent times. Director Meghna Gulzar, who has a knack of telling real life stories in an unconventional way, Raazi truly emerges as a sure shot winner. It is gripping and high on emotions.
In order to save his country from an untimely war with Pakistan in 1971, Hidayat Khan (Rajit Kapur), who is soon dying of lung tumor instructs her only daughter Sehmat (Alia Bhatt) to marry Iqbal Syed (Vicky Kaushal) and move to Pakistan. He plants her as a spy and Sehmat agrees to do so. Hidayat appoints Khalid Mir (Jaideep Ahlawat), a merciless and tough mentor to train her. Teji (Soni Razdan), her mother supports this decision and prepares Sehmat for this task.
Sehmat marries Iqbal and hereon starts her journey which changes her life like never before. Will she able to save her nation from the war? Raazi answers to this mystery!
Meghna has a clear vision as a filmmaker. She manages to strike an adequate balance between realism and thrill. Her screenplay along with Bhavna Iyer is so good that the film will transport you back in 1971 for those 140 minutes. Her knack for sketching her characters is very impressive. She assures you that no one in the narrative let you down.
There are hardly any loopholes in the film except for Sehmat being such a smooth spy in Pakistan especially at her house, however, it is backed by a seat edge thrilling story which is highly convincing, so it can be easily neglected. With not a single dull moment despite of slow pace in the first half, Raazi won’t bore you even for a single second.
It was a matter of worry since Meghna penned the script in absence of Vishal Bhardwaj unlike the last time in Talwar but she clearly passes the litmus test and outshines as a story teller. It has an exciting stimulation of wanting to know what’s next store for you.
Alia Bhatt, the finest actress of the current generation. Her innocence, naturalistic portrayal and breakdown is beyond imagination. She impresses with each scene, rather with each shot. Wonder, how she wears Sehmat’s skin with so much ease. Alia is full of surprises and with each film she plays her different card and warns for her next film which would be even better than her previous. Her act in Raazi is more of less at par with Udta Punjab which is considered to be her career’s best.
Vicky Kaushal as Iqbal Syed speaks volumes, such a praiseworthy performance. He is simply the next superstar. He emits abundance of talent in every moment. Rajit Kapur moves as an ageing father in his brief role. Shishir Sharma, Soni Razdan are too good! The one who stands out along with the primary star cast is Jaideep Ahlawat. He is a silent winner in the film. He is brilliant as Khalid Mir. It might change his game in the industry. Rest of the characters also draw attention whenever they are on screen.
Overall, Raazi celebrates the spy-thriller genre and proves good content prevails. Perhaps, a lot of aspects make this film unapologetically finest of 2018 so far.

DIRECTION: Neeraj Pandey
GENRE: Action,Crime,Drama

CRITIC'S REVIEW

A special task force comprising army personnel is assembled to execute covert operations. A member from this unit goes rogue. A former decorated officer of the Indian army pushes for an arms deal. And then, there’s an international arms dealer who stands in the middle of his sparsely-furnished office on a highrise in Central London, marvelling at the holographic projection of his products — weapons of mass destruction. Given the sensitive nature of his business, his outfit goes by ‘Armour Inc’ — a brand name that graces giant nameplates at his various establishments — much like the Golden Arches. Sadly, subtlety is not a virtue that director Neeraj Pandey values anymore.
A khichdi of multiple spy stories, this one features Colonel Abhay Singh ( Manoj Bajpayee) and his protégé Major Jay Bakshi ( Sidharth Malhotra) as members of a secret unit created and funded by the Army Chief (Vikram Gokhale) to work on international assignments such as tracking and taking down high-alert criminals. Singh flicks coins to make decisions, Bakshi becomes too consumed when tasked with surveillance. Two events simultaneously wreak havoc here: a former army veteran and present lobbyist (Kumud Mishra) threatens to expose this covert unit, and Major Bakshi breaks bad. Will Singh manage to safeguard his unit’s future while protecting the national interest? Will Major Bakshi make a minor dent in the reserve of secret service associations across the world? The answers to these questions barely has any bearing to where this film leads. Without revealing any spoilers, let’s just say, it has something to do with an ailing dog and the hand that feeds him. But three minutes short of Padmaavat, this labouriously-told story leaves us just as worn out as that mutt.

It’s difficult to imagine that the maker of films such as A Wednesday!, Special 26 and Baby, Pandey would resort to such a pretentious thriller. It’s the sort that believes that throwing in words and phrases synonymous with spy movies is enough to conjure the same excitement. While the proceedings keep you hopeful with elaborate flashbacks to establish character traits, the film’s central story is as hollow as a chimney cake without any filling.

With his glorious mooch and determined eyes, Manoj Bajpayee is surely in top form here and is perhaps, the only reason to endure this tedious ordeal. Bajpayee doesn’t drop the ball even for a second and is determined to make this work. Sidharth Malhotra  experiments with a range of blank expressions to convey complex emotions and is a light-weight when it comes to lifting the mood of the film. On the other end of the spectrum, Rakul Preet Singh, as his onscreen partner, packs in exaggerated sighs, plunging the bar even lower. Kumud Mishra internalises his nefarious character so elaborately that even his cackles give him away, while Adil Hussain as the suited-booted Mukesh Khanna attempts a Bond villain but is only mildly intimidating.
The fate of desi thrillers attempting to emulate the tension and terror of Western contemporaries has forever been disastrous. Be it the globe-trotter Agent Vinod or the politically-inaccurate fantasy Phantom, the very idea of crafting an international threat in a tailored suit supersedes the story. Here, the maker’s obsession with military intelligence is out to test the audience’s intellect.

Spyder Story:

Spyder Tamil Movie Review {2/5}:
AR Murugadoss takes some time to set up his story and also spends a few moments on the mandatory romantic track - here, it is Rakul Preet Singh, who plays the director's version of cute girl (while she is a actually another addition to the canon of Loosu Ponnu heroines in Tamil cinema) - but once he has done away with this diversion, the film is gripping. Shiva’s methods to track down the killer of a young girl and his friend, and the chilling flashback portion of the antagonist give the film its verve. And the anticipation builds to an altogether another level once Sudalai enters the scene. Click here to read full review of Tamil version of Spyder...

Spyder Telugu Movie Review {2.5/5}:
The conflict between the hero and the villain seems like a safe enough plot for a potboiler or a spy film; however, Murugadoss' writing doesn't manage to give you the chills or thrills the promos promised to. Telugu audience might be particularly disappointed as this bilingual does not live up to Mahesh's 'Superstar' image. To cut a long story short, it's too thanda for a Dasara release. Windows vs Linux

                     WINDOWS  VS LINUX

#1.ull access vs. no access

Having access to the source code is probably the single most significant difference between Linux and Windows. The fact that Linux belongs to the GNU Public License ensures that users (of all sorts) can access (and alter) the code to the very kernel that serves as the foundation of the Linux operating system. You want to peer at the Windows code? Good luck. Unless you are a member of a very select (and elite, to many) group, you will never lay eyes on code making up the Windows operating system.

You can look at this from both sides of the fence. Some say giving the public access to the code opens the operating system (and the software that runs on top of it) to malicious developers who will take advantage of any weakness they find. Others say that having full access to the code helps bring about faster improvements and bug fixes to keep those malicious developers from being able to bring the system down. I have, on occasion, dipped into the code of one Linux application or another, and when all was said and done, was happy with the results. Could I have done that with a closed-source Windows application? No.

#2: Licensing freedom vs. licensing restrictions

Along with access comes the difference between the licenses. I'm sure that every IT professional could go on and on about licensing of PC software. But let's just look at the key aspect of the licenses (without getting into legalese). With a Linux GPL-licensed operating system, you are free to modify that software and use and even republish or sell it (so long as you make the code available). Also, with the GPL, you can download a single copy of a Linux distribution (or application) and install it on as many machines as you like. With the Microsoft license, you can do none of the above. You are bound to the number of licenses you purchase, so if you purchase 10 licenses, you can legally install that operating system (or application) on only 10 machines.

#3: Online peer support vs. paid help-desk support

This is one issue where most companies turn their backs on Linux. But it's really not necessary. With Linux, you have the support of a huge community via forums, online search, and plenty of dedicated Web sites. And of course, if you feel the need, you can purchase support contracts from some of the bigger Linux companies (Red Hat and Novell for instance).

However, when you use the peer support inherent in Linux, you do fall prey to time. You could have an issue with something, send out e-mail to a mailing list or post on a forum, and within 10 minutes be flooded with suggestions. Or these suggestions could take hours of days to come in. It seems all up to chance sometimes. Still, generally speaking, most problems with Linux have been encountered and documented. So chances are good you'll find your solution fairly quickly.

On the other side of the coin is support for Windows. Yes, you can go the same route with Microsoft and depend upon your peers for solutions. There are just as many help sites/lists/forums for Windows as there are for Linux. And you can purchase support from Microsoft itself. Most corporate higher-ups easily fall victim to the safety net that having a support contract brings. But most higher-ups haven't had to depend up on said support contract. Of the various people I know who have used either a Linux paid support contract or a Microsoft paid support contract, I can't say one was more pleased than the other. This of course begs the question "Why do so many say that Microsoft support is superior to Linux paid support?"

Insia as mega biodiversity

                             India as biodiversity

India is one of the 12 mega biodiversity countries in the world. The country is divided into 10 biogeographic regions. The diverse physical features and climatic situations have formed ecological habitats like forests, grasslands, wetlands, coastal and marine ecosystems and desert ecosystems, which harbour and sustain immense biodiversity. Biogeographically, India is situated at the tri-junction of three realms - Afro-tropical, Indo-Malayan and Paleo-Arctic realms, and therefore, has characteristic elements from each of them. This assemblage of three distinct realms makes the country rich and unique in biological diversity. The country is also one of the 12 primary centres of origin of cultivated plants and domesticated animals. It is considered to be the homeland of 167 important plant species of cereals, millets, fruits, condiments, vegetables, pulses, fibre crops and oilseeds, and 114 breeds of domesticated animals. About 4,900 species of flowering plants are endemic to the country. These are distributed among 141 genera belonging to 47 families. These are concentrated in the floristically rich areas of North-East India, the Western Ghats, North-West Himalayas and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These areas constitute two of the 18 hot spots identified in the world. It is estimated that 62 per cent of the known amphibian species are endemic to India of which a majority is found in Western Ghats. Approximately 65 per cent of the total geographical area has been surveyed so far. Based on this, over 46,000 species of plants and 81,000 species of animals have been described by the Botanical Survey of India (BSI) established in 1890 and Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) established in 1916, respectively. This list is being constantly upgraded, especially in lower plants and invertebrate animals. The Forest Survey of India established in 1981 assesses the forest cover with a view to develop an accurate database for planning and monitoring purposes. Conservation and sustainable use of biological resources based on local knowledge systems and practices is ingrained in Indian ethos. The country has a number of alternative medicines, like Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathic systems which are predominantly based on plant based raw materials in most of their preparations and formulations. Herbal preparations for various purposes including pharmaceutical and cosmetic purposes form part of the traditional biodiversity uses in India.
The strategies for conservation and sustainable utilization of biodiversity have comprised providing special status and protection to biodiversity - rich areas by declaring them as national parks, wildlife sanctuaries, biosphere reserves, ecologically fragile and sensitive areas. Other strategies include offloading pressure from reserve forests by alternative measures of fuel wood and fodder need satisfaction by afforestation of degraded areas and wastelands and creation of ]ex-situ conservation facilities such as gene banks. For example, the Tura Range in Garo Hills of Meghalaya is a gene sanctuary for preserving the rich native diversity of wild citrus and musa species. Approximately, 4.2 per cent of the total geographical area of the country has been earmarked for extensive in-situ conservation of habitats and ecosystems. A protected area network of 85 national parks and 448 wildlife sanctuaries has been created. The results of this network have been significant in restoring viable population of large mammals such as tiger, lion, rhinoceros, crocodiles and elephants.

Sansu vs bahubali-

When Rajkumar Hirani decided to make a biopic on Sanjay Dutt a year back, little did he know that the film will break the biggest records in Bollywood. At a time when a Salman Khan film in being declared a dud, Ranbir Kapoor and Hirani have proved that content is king. If Sanju baba's colourful life has got many takers, fans are also thronging the theatres for Kapoor and Hirani.

Such has been the crazy business at the box office that Sanju has not just become the biggest opener of 2018, but the biopic has also recorded highest single day collection for a Hindi film.

After beating Race 3's record of the biggest opener of 2018, Sanju has collected Rs 120.06 crore in its opening weekend. If the film opened to a spectacular Rs 34.75 crore, it went onto collect Rs 38.60 crore and Rs 46.71 crore on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

But what has caught the fancy of many that Sanju has broken the record of Baahubali 2 (Hindi) by recording highest single day for a Hindi film. Baahubali 2 (Hindi) had collected Rs 46.50 cr on Day 3, while Sanju has surpassed it by earning Rs 46.71 cr on its Day 3.

How to loose weight

The sad truth is that conventional ideas – eat less, run more – do not work long term. Counting calories, exercising for hours every day and trying to ignore your hunger? That’s needless suffering and it wastes your time and precious willpower. It’s weight loss for masochists. Eventually almost everyone gives up. That’s why we have an obesity epidemic.
Fortunately there’s a better way. Get ready for effortless weight loss.
The bottom line? Your weight is hormonally regulated. All that’s necessary is reducing your fat-storing hormone, insulin, and you’ll effortlessly lose excess weight.
Below is a practical step-by-step guide to do exactly that.
1.OATS.
There are few breakfast options as nutritious as whole oats — low-GI, high in protein, B-group vitamins and fibre, a serve of oats will keep your energy levels regulated and your gut healthy.

2.SWEET POTATO.
Another wholefood naturally rich in carbohydrate, sweet potato is also exceptionally high in beta carotene, the plant source of Vitamin A, which is known to help protect our cells from damage. Also rich in fibre and vitamin C, sweet potato is a perfect low-GI carb to include in your evening meal.
3.Eat when hungry
Don’t be hungry. The most common mistake when starting a low carb diet: Reducing carb intake while still being afraid of fat. Carbs and fat are the body’s two main energy sources, and it needs at least one of them.

Low carb AND low fat = starvation
Avoiding both carbs and fat results in hunger, cravings and fatigue. Sooner or later people can’t stand it and give up. The solution is to eat more natural fat until you feel satisfied. For example:
Butter
Full-fat cream
Olive oil
Meat (including the fat)
Fatty fish
Bacon
Eggs
Coconut oil, etc.
Top 10 ways to eat more fat
Always eat enough, so that you feel satisfied, especially in the beginning of the weight-loss process. Doing this on a low-carb diet means that the fat you eat will be burned as fuel by your body, as your levels of the fat storing hormone insulin will be lowered. You’ll become a fat-burning machine. You’ll lose excess weight without hunger.
4.push-up.
These gym-class staples will help sculpt muscle, so you'll sport a more streamlined appearance. Do three sets of 12 of each exercise every other day. "Push-ups target your upper body, while lunges work your butt, hips, and thighs," says Larkin. Quick tip: Make sure your back and legs remain in a straight line during your push-ups; it'll improve muscle tone. Also, you can build even more muscle with the lunges if you hold free weights in each hand while doing them.

How to be helthy.

                                    HOW TO BE HELTHYY

You want to be healthy, but sometimes it seems like being healthy is a constant uphill battle. But what if being healthy was as easy.just follow the instructions
1.Boost your karma points.Doing good will make you feel good. When you put positive energy out into the universe, that positive energy will come back to you. Improving the lives of others will in turn, improve your own mental state because you will know that you have done good by someone else.
If you have some spare time, allocate that time to helping others. Volunteer at a soup kitchen or animal shelter. Work in the community garden or simply help a friend in some way.
2.Drink water.Your body needs water to function properly. Don't drink your calories, drink water! If you don't like plain water,

try adding flavors using fresh fruit and veggies like strawberries, cucumbers, mint, etc.
3.Be aware of stressful factors in your life.Stress is unavoidable--whether you are running late for work, or have to get a shot at the doctor’s office, it is normal to feel stressed out. However, you can reduce your stress and learn how to manage your reaction to stressful things. Be aware of the things that stress you out and try to avoid those triggers.
For example, if sitting in traffic makes you stressed, avoid driving during peak rush hour. If that means getting up early and getting to work early, then find a coffee shop near your office and relax before work.
Get involved in stress-free activities. If you have noticed that you have a hard time relaxing at night, take up yoga or meditation classes. After work or class, head to your local yoga studio and learn how to focus your breath so that you feel all your tensions unwind.
Take a few moments each day to release any stresses you have and focus on the here and now. Instead of worrying about something that happened in the past, or planning for the future, take a moment to notice what is going on around you. Literally stop and smell the roses--feel the warm breeze on your face, notice the cloud formations above you, focus solely on the things going on around you
4.Breakfast.This is an important meal to eat every day. Focus on fueling your body with whole grains, proteins, and fruit.
Think of your plate as a blank canvas. Nobody wants to stare at an all-yellow canvas. Try to make your meals as colorful as possible using a variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables.
5.Omega-3s.Studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation, combat depression and improve mood and memory. Try to focus on omega-3 fats from food rather than supplements. Excellent sources include salmon, tuna, walnuts, flax seeds, leafy greens and hemp seeds.
I am sure that can help tou to be healthy from your body  to mind.if you want to know more plz comment below. ...

There aren’t any specific places I’d go to look for these jobs. I’d recommend just finding the publication you want to write for, and pitching them.
